3rd Progress Meeting – Key Updates and Strategic Discussions

On 25 November 2024, the EURAS project held its Third Progress Meeting as a full-day online session. The meeting served as an important platform for discussing the ongoing progress across all work packages. Each Work Package Leader presented updates on their current activities, highlighting achievements, challenges, and any deviations from the initial plan.

A significant focus of the meeting was on preparing for the upcoming 1st Periodic Report and the 1st EC Review Meeting. Partners worked collaboratively to ensure all necessary information was ready for those upcoming activities, showcasing the project's progress and impact.

During the meeting, the consortium also addressed some difficulties and changes in the overall workplan. Due to the fact that some activities cannot be performed as initially planned, the team discussed potential mitigation measures and explored alternative approaches to ensure continuity in the respective tasks. Several solutions to compensate those changes were presented and thoroughly discussed, reflecting the strong collaborative spirit within the EURAS network.
