The ENCORE expertise centre within Erasmus MC offers highly specialized care and diagnostics to patients with rare neurodevelopmental disorders, including RASopathies. By combining basic and clinical research, ENCORE tries to gain more insight into the disorders, improve treatment and thus ultimately improve the quality of life for the patient.
Role within EURAS
Our main task is to develop targeted treatments for RASopathies, in particularly focusing on RNA therapy using antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs)
